“The staff was friendly. They put us in a regular room when i booked a suite. There were lights out. We got dog hair on our belongings from not being vacuumed well and ants in the bathroom. ”

“Nice rooms, clean, well equipped kitchen. Great gathering area with pool table. No darts for the dart board, but we went and got our own so we could play. Great outdoor area with table, chairs, and grill. All in all a very nice stay. ”

“Rooms are specious clean and kitchen is good. Do not expect any assistance from the staff, they don’t even pick up calls. I was told that if I needed fresh towels, I had to carry the used ones to the front desk myself. Housekeeping was only offered once during a 7-day stay, and that too only after I asked. There were also numerous instructions about disposing of our own trash.”

“The hotel is on a stretch of road surrounded by many stores and restaurants, which I liked. The room was decent. The biggest problem I had were that almost half the outlets in the room were either not working at all, or so loosely held the plugs that the plug would just fall out. I use oxygen and brought my machine for overnight use and the charger for my portable unit, and I had to make sure the oxygen machine was plugged into a secure outlet. The outlet I had to settle on meant the machine had...

“Bathroom floor needed cleaning. And bed was horribly uncomfortable.. was given a handicap room.. and bed seemed to be to accommodate that. Lower on one side and horribly uncomfortable.. staff did offer to change room but wasn’t able as affair we were there for would have been missed.. Why put someone in a room like that if you had other rooms to begin with.. have stayed here before but will not again.. For the price room should be clean too”
